During your assessment, the teacher will discuss with you your current posture habits and how they might be affecting your whole body health.
According to your needs, and your goals to improve your everyday functional movement, the teacher helps you understand why and how Pilates will improve and transform your wellness.
You will then have a full hour class following this discussion
One on One
A customized session using Pilates equipment as well as mat work. During this one-on-one session the instructor will consistently tailor the work to your specific needs and goals.
Two people of a similar fitness level work together with the instructor. We recommend that both participants have a basic knowledge of the method in order to work safely and efficiently, thus some private sessions are required before starting.

The instructor supervises a small group of people and leads them through a series of exercises done on the floor. The main focus is to build strength from the powerhouse using the client's own body weight as resistance.
