A customized session using Pilates equipment as well as mat work. During this one-on-one session the instructor will consistently tailor the work to your specific needs and goals.

Two people of a similar fitness level work together with the instructor. We recommend that both participants have a basic knowledge of the method in order to work safely and efficiently.

The instructor supervises a small group of people and leads them through a series of exercises done on the floor. The main focus is to build strength from the powerhouse using the client's own body weight as resistance.
